Choosing your decor features and finishes is one of the most exciting parts of the home purchasing experience. To help you achieve your dream decor, we offer the services of a professionally trained decor consultant who will assist in selecting your features and finishes so that everything coordinates beautifully together.
Please note that Pemberton Group has recently opened our own Décor Centre. A trained consultant at Pemberton Décor will gladly assist you during your feature and finishes appointment.
Back to Top »Before you move into your new home, you will receive an appointment for a pre-delivery inspection. Accompanied by a customer service representative, you will tour your new home, noting any items which have not been completed. All items requiring attention are noted and a full report is sent to our after-sales service department. In addition, a customer care representative will explain to you the mechanical and electrical components of your home, how to operate them, and note any outstanding requests or concerns regarding your home. During this time you also will receive your Tarion home owners' warranty manual, with all forms included inside for noting deficiencies or incomplete work.
Back to Top »Closing dates fall under two categories: tentative and confirmed. A tentative closing date is assigned to purchasers who have bought prior to construction, while a confirmed date is assigned to purchasers who have bought once construction has started and a date of final completion determined. Pemberton will try to the best of its ability to notify you in a timely manner of your home's closing date.

The management company is responsible to your condominium's Board of Directors, a body of individuals who will make informed policy decisions pertaining to the preservation of the common elements, as well as the safety and lifestyle of the residents. Once the Board has made a decision, the management company is responsible for implementing the decision in a timely and effective manner.

Back to Top »During your pre-delivery inspection you will receive a Pemberton Home Care Maintenance Manual which provides useful information about condominium ownership, including details about your building's operating systems, from garbage collection to emergency contact numbers and more. You will also receive a TARION information and home warranty package, which outlines services and protections that you are entitled to as a new homeowner.
